Jamie Gray
Taking photos is something I have always loved. My life has evolved around it and I consider myself lucky to have been able to travel to the places I have and met the people I have with this exciting career. But it’s more than just a career it’s a way of life. Every day I see amazing light or angles and little pictures unfold. Some of these get documented but the vast majority disappear as quickly as they began. Now with two young daughters of my own, I have for the first time really understood just how important great photography is. Time has never been so fleeting when watching your own kids grow. I try to photography my own girls as much as possible as I know sooner or later they won’t be little girls anymore!
My professional career has seen my work move from pages and covers of magazines and advertising to travelling around Australia & O.S shooting weddings and other cool jobs.
Limelite has been a chance for me to build all the elements I have learnt from my various experiences into a portrait business and experience. I like to think we provide the attention to detail of an advertising shoot with creative imagery of an editorial fashion shoot, then roll all of this up into the mix with the personal rapport and friendship developed at a wedding. This is what we call our Limelite experience.
As an associate member of the AIPP (Australian Institute of Professional Photography), one of my goals is to help raise the profile and quality of not just photography but professional photographic services Australia wide. I have spent 2 years as a NSW AIPP council member to take hands on approach in doing so.

Tim Wicherts
Photography is something that can be taught but at the end of the day you either have it or should I say "see it" or you don’t. Tim is one of those relaxed & naturally gifted photographers who can capture that moment every time.
Having now spent 2 years under the tuition and guidance of Jamie Gray and many years of assisting Jamie on fashion shoots before that, Tims flare for both dramatic artistic B&W images as well as beautiful warm family images is obvious. With a background and flare for video editing and production, Tim has produced several short films and movie clips. Tims "you tube" online legend status has been verified with over 40 thousand viewers checking out a very young Tim and his creative efforts with a John Farnham tribute.
